Sarah & Peter - May 24

I had the pleasure of photographing Sarah & Peter's wedding yesterday. What a gorgeous day for a waterfront wedding. The ceremony and reception were at the Hamilton Yacht Club. There was also a Korean ceremony with some amazingly colourful costumes. I had so much fun shooting with this wedding party, they were a blast! Here are some of my favourites from the wedding day. Stephanie & Wes - 05/17/08

Saturday turned out to be a perfect day for a wedding. Started off all rainy and cold and turned into a gorgeous afternoon. Staphanie and Wes were such a cute couple and their wedding party was lots of fun. Here are some of my faves of the happy couple and their wedding party.

Baby Lexie

On Friday I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Lexie and her parents Patty & Scott. Lexie is a 5 month old beautiful baby girl, chubby cheeks and all! She was so much fun to photograph and totally hammed it up for my camera. I love how she was crossing her legs in most of the photos. Such a little lady :) She even winked at me once. Here is a few of my faves.

POD & News - May 14

Here is some latest info, happenings, etc:

- Evan is 5 months old today (where does the time go?)
- I am turning 30 (!!!) next week (no, really, where does the time go?)
- I attended an amazing seminar on monday by two wonderful wedding photographers Joe Bussink and Yervant. It left me inspired and excited about my business!
- I also purchased some new software from Yervant to help speed up my album designs.
- "Project Backyard" is still in full swing. The fence is coming along great and it will look wonderful! We are hoping to have it up by sunday in time for my birthday party.
- Speaking of my birthday - I absolutely love my gift - a gorgeous shootsac. Thanks Rick :)
- This saturday kicks off a bunch of weddings in a row. Stay tuned for lots of new wedding images!
- This is definetely the start of the busy season. I love it and I am looking forward to all my photo shoots!

Happy Mother's Day

I wanted to wish both our Moms a very Happy Mother's Day. They are both such amazing and wonderful women and we are so lucky to have them. This morning we are heading out to play some golf. We play every Mother's Day for the last few years and it's always a lot of fun. Speaking of which I have to dig out my golf bag from underneath all the junk in our basement....LOL. To all the Moms out there: Have a great day ladies!

This picture was taken on Thanksgiving 2006. It has always been one of my favourites of our Moms.

Photographer get together / Model shoot

Here are my favourite images from yesterday's photoshoot. It was amazing, I had so much fun and of course loved learning new things. Thanks so much to all the photographers and models!!! A special thank you to Bryan Caporicci, Chris Beard and Libor Josef Hemerka for organizing this whole thing. You guys rock :) I can't wait for the next time we do this.

Grampy's 80th surprise birthday party

Sorry for the lack of updates...it has been so crazy busy! But in a good way :) Project backyard is still in full motion. We went to Ottawa on the weekend for Rick's Grampa's 80th birthday party. It was a surprise and he had no idea everyone was coming up for a visit. Check out some photos from that below. I also had a model shoot with other fellow photographers - what a blast! Watch for photos from that soon! And tomorrow I am off to Niagara Falls for a couple of days again with the kids and Rick's Mom for a little relaxation and shopping :)

We also managed to visit my cousin Gosia on sunday who also happens to be Noah's godmother.
